Join us for the 2024 Appetite for Books, An Evening of Taste, benefiting The Penn Wynne Library.

Appetite for Books is Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 7pm-9:30pm, at the Penn Wynne Library, 130 Overbrook Parkway in Wynnewood. It will once again bring the community together to raise much-needed funds for our library’s programming, collection, and fabulous plans!

Enjoy light bites and delicious beverages from some local favorites like Cool As a Cuc, Chaddsford Winery, Primo Hoagies and many more!  Win incredible raffle prizes, bid on stellar silent auction items, and tune in for a sneak-peak of our plans to grow our beloved library.

Penn Wynne Library’s mission is to provide access to, and promote, a wide variety of books, movies, audio books, music, and electronic resources, reflecting the diverse needs and interests of the population, and to support the informational, educational, recreational, and cultural needs of groups and individuals of all ages.

Penn Wynne Library Association — a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization led by volunteers — must raise $60,000 this year to maintain and expand our collection and offer the programming and special events you’ve come to love. Our fundraising also supports other Library expenses such as supplies and librarian professional development.
